You’ll join through a video platform, typically Zoom, and have the option to turn your camera on for personalized feedback or keep it off if you prefer more privacy. Each session begins with a short check-in, followed by a grounding practice, asana (yoga poses), breathwork, and a closing relaxation. You’ll need a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, and a quiet space where you can practice.
  • Do I Need Any Special Equipment To Join An Online Class?
    The basic equipment includes a yoga mat, a comfortable space with minimal distractions, and a reliable internet connection. Depending on the class type, you might also want to have props like blocks, straps, and bolsters. If you don’t have these, household items like pillows or books can be used as substitutes.   • What Is Your Cancellation Policy?
    We understand that plans can change. For online group classes, we offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before the class. For private sessions, a 24 hour notice is required to avoid a cancellation fee. Workshops and special events may have different cancellation policies, which will be clearly stated on the event registration page.

    Sound healing uses the vibrations of various instruments like crystal singing bowls, gongs, and chimes to promote deep relaxation and healing. It can be incorporated into yoga classes to enhance meditation and relaxation phases, helping you release stress and achieve a more balanced state. Many of our classes include a brief sound bath during the final relaxation (Savasana), or you can book a standalone Sound Healing session.
