Hello!
About Me
Kayla Weiner is a compassionate and empathetic individual with a deep love for the planet, people, and animals. Her passion for wellness and yoga has led her on a journey of self-discovery and personal growth, which she now enthusiastically shares with others. As a wife and mother to a one-year-old, Kayla deeply understands the importance of balance and self-care, especially as a new mom. Since 2018, she has called Atlanta, Georgia, her home.
In 2022, Kayla became a certified Yoga Instructor through the Yoga Alliance after completing her training at Swadhyaya Yoga School in Little Rock, Arkansas. She specializes in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, Pre-Natal, Post-Natal, Chair, Children’s, and Kundalini Yoga. Additionally, Kayla is a certified Sound Healer, offering quality healing experiences through sound therapy. This diverse range of specializations allows her to accommodate practitioners of all levels, whether they are new to yoga or experienced yogis seeking deeper connection.

Kayla’s personal experience during her pregnancy inspired her journey into teaching. While pregnant, she struggled to find prenatal yoga classes that met her needs. Recognizing the importance of specialized prenatal care and the gap in offerings, she felt called to become a teacher herself, especially to help other women on their prenatal and postnatal journeys. Her classes are designed to support women physically and emotionally through the challenges of pregnancy and motherhood.

Currently, Kayla is a new mom at home with her daughter and is excited to bring her services to the surrounding community from the comfort of her own space. She understands the unique challenges new mothers face when it comes to balancing self-care and caregiving, and she strives to offer flexible options for those in a similar stage of life. Whether you are seeking a private session or prefer the energy of a group class, Kayla is dedicated to helping her students achieve their wellness goals and improve both their physical and mental well-being.
Kayla offers personalized and group yoga sessions, incorporating sound healing to enhance the experience. Her empathetic and nurturing nature ensures that her clients feel supported and guided through each session. Whether it's through a gentle Restorative class, a dynamic Hatha flow, or the soothing vibrations of a Sound Bath, Kayla creates a safe, healing space for all.
Kayla is passionate about fostering wellness in her community, particularly for women and mothers, and is committed to helping her students achieve balance, strength, and inner peace through her yoga practice.

Through personalized and inclusive yoga practices, I aim to support people at every stage of life, from expectant mothers to children, adults, and seniors. My goal is to provide tools for better coping strategies, helping individuals manage stress, enhance well-being, and cultivate inner peace.
By offering accessible and diverse yoga classes, I strive to create a space where everyone feels welcomed, supported, and connected.
